As a boutique agency, key people at MAAMH are always available so things aren’t delegated to another person or another day.
We’re friendly and approachable and always mindful that it’s our work for our client that’s paramount. At the end of the day, no amount of personal connection can substitute for great work. We go the extra mile as we fully appreciate that our client’s success is directly linked to our own.

Someone’s always available. When a client or journalist emails us, we acknowledge the receipt of the email as quickly as possible. We may not know the answer right away, but you can rest assured in knowing that we’re working on it.
Whenever we meet with a client, either in person or virtually, we always recap the conversation with next steps in an email. Between our personal lives and our work lives, important details or moments of brilliance may be lost into the ether. Aligning on the same page with next steps prevents a lot of confusion down the road.
MAAMH is laterally structured giving each member an equal footing, thus enhancing creativity and ensuring participation by all team members.
With the exception of the directors, all members of the MAAMH team enjoy a flexible work schedule so they can adjust their schedule to meet their personal needs and also to the needs of our clients.
As a boutique agency, we have no commercial office space. This is an important component of our green policy. All team members work from home with the option to come into our central home office. We’ve adopted this practice as it improves performance due to fewer interruptions and with no commuting time reduces our collective carbon footprint. If, however, an employee needs a quiet place to work, we provide that also. We meet in person or via Skype weekly to discuss projects, strategies and progress.
Four years ago we became paperless as a part of our green policy, in an effort to further reduce our carbon footprint as a company. As a PR and marketing agency in the 21st century the vast majority of our work is digital. It greatly enhances our personal productivity and is good for the environment. If we do have to send something physical via the post, we re-use packing material and envelopes. That which is not re-used is either recycled or fed to our wormery. (Yes, we actually have a wormery!)
We, at MAAMH, are a diverse group; older and younger, multi-national, both gay and straight, and with differing abilities. Our strength lies in the integration of these differences. Our combined diversity provides us with a plethora of varying viewpoints to speak to, and to understand, a wide market.
